Prior experience should have 4 -5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in IT and Non- IT positions.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels.
Ability to access the candidate on relevant parameters and evaluate the suitability of the candidate for the role.
Sourcing profiles through existing database, job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. and placement agencies.
Hands-on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.
Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
Knowledge in PF, ESI, and other Statutory Compliance is an add on advantage.
The job is that of a Generalist and will be divided between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and Payroll levels
Assisting Head HR for all HR related activities.
Having Good Communication skills and Quick responding / reacting nature.
Qualifications:
MBA/ PGDM/ any equivalent / BBA.
4-6 years of experience on recruitment.
Good Communication skills.
Strong knowledge on the sourcing and screening the profiles from Naukri and LinkedIn.
Closing the positions within the stipulated time (NO TARGETS).
Should have thorough understanding of various IT Technologies.
Having experience on e-Commerce domain is a fetch.
Note: Needed an immediate joiner for work from office and for Hyderabad location.
